INTERIOR
CONCEPT
The Star Busan is a 650-seat restaurant on basement level 2 (B2), with a reception, waiting area, playroom, nursing room, restrooms and other amenities. At the entrance, a single painting serves as an art object, turning the space from somewhere you simply pass through into a place to relax and enjoy yourself — a space not of waiting, but of anticipation and imagination.
The main floor is arranged around an open kitchen, PDRs (private dining rooms) and a bar, each with its own specialities, so simply moving around is always part of the fun. In the main hall, lighting paints the room in a range of colours for a dynamic, rhythmic atmosphere.
COLOR TREND
Built on a calm, comfortable neutral range, the browns and golds express an unprocessed, natural feel, while accent colours from the lighting change the mood of the space. The open kitchen shows the cooking openly, and specialist chefs at each station present their dishes in a show that feels fresh and lively.
Natural stone and marble throughout bring out a sense of luxury and modernity, while natural elements and colour accents give the space many different moods. As a new-concept restaurant — a premium well-being buffet for “RVIPs” (royal very important persons) with a touch of entertainment — its spacious, well-lit interior looks all the more colourful and fresh. The Star Busan aims to be a new cultural space: a food space set within a place to unwind, open to all kinds of leisure, and a creative space suited to modern lifestyles.
